Richmond Fibreglass is a family owned and operated business managed by father and son team Errol and Phillip Harper.

Phillip Harper – Managing Director

Phillip is a Trade qualified boat builder with 14+ years experience in New Zealand and the UK. He has been working solely within the fibreglass industry for the past 3 years.
As well as being our foreman Phil designs and manufactures fibreglass products and is responsible for marketing our range of products which include showers, playground equipment, Ute lids and camper van lockers. In his spare time Phil enjoys hunting and sailing and is currently building a mini jet boat.

 

 Errol Harper – Managing Director

Errol is a Civil Engineering Technician with many years experience managing civil engineering projects throughout New Zealand. He has been working solely within the fibreglass industry for the past 2 years. Errol manages projects such as coffee cart builds and is responsible for Accounts, Health and Safety and Sales. Errol is also a keen fisherman and has his own charter boat “Miss Raetihi” in the Marlborough Sounds.

 

 

We also have a small team of experienced staff including Neil who is also a trade qualified boat builder to help us complete our projects to the highest level.
